Refund policy

Returns & Reworks

Every PJ Copper piece is made by hand. The marks left by forging, weaving and finishing are part of its character, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

If something isn’t right when your order arrives, please contact me as soon as you can. Include your order number, a description of the issue and a few clear photos. I’ll take a look and work with you on the next step. Please contact me before sending a piece back so I can give you return instructions.

Handmade variation

Product photos show the style of each piece, rather than the exact piece you’ll receive. The braid on an Infinity Twist cuff and the marks and textures on a Copper Cuff will vary from piece to piece. If you choose a Lunar Surface texture, for example, the pattern of impressions won’t be an exact replica of the photograph. The same applies to the hand-finished texture around an embossed design.

These expected differences are not, on their own, a reason for a return or refund. Your piece should still match the options you selected and the description of what you ordered.

Change of mind

Because each piece is made by hand for your order, I don’t offer returns, exchanges or refunds if you change your mind, including on personalised and commissioned work. Please check your wrist size, selected options and any words or symbols carefully before placing your order.

If something isn’t right

If your piece arrives damaged, is faulty, or doesn’t match what you ordered, please get in touch. That includes a different size, width, style or texture from the one selected, or an incorrect symbol, motif or inscription.

For an Embossed Stamp Cuff or commissioned piece, I’ll also review it against the details we agreed on. If I’ve missed those details, I’ll arrange to rework the piece or make a replacement where appropriate. For other problems that can be fixed, I’ll likewise arrange a suitable remedy at no cost to you.

If the problem is major, you can choose a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Your rights under that law apply to every PJ Copper piece, including personalised and commissioned work.
