Shipping Policy

Every PJ Copper piece is made by hand, one at a time. When you place a preorder, your piece goes to the anvil—it isn’t pulled from a shelf.

Making and dispatching your order

I aim to have cuff preorders on their way within two weeks of your order. This is the time it takes to forge and finish your piece before it ships; delivery time comes after that.

Some personalised pieces or more involved requests may take longer. For commissioned work, I’ll discuss the expected timeline with you when we agree on the piece. If anything changes while I’m making your order, I’ll keep you updated.

Delivery within Australia

I ship within Australia using Australia Post. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and Australia Post’s service, and are separate from the time it takes to make your piece.

Once your order is dispatched, I’ll send you a shipping confirmation and tracking details if available.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do what I can to correct it before your piece ships.

If something goes wrong in transit

If your parcel is taking longer than expected, or tracking says it has arrived but you can’t find it, please get in touch with your order number. I’ll help investigate and work with you to resolve it.

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as you can and include photos of the piece and its packaging. I’ll take care of the next steps with you.
